Odoo and other ERP solutions
Orders, stock, and receivables should not sit in separate files. eCreative implements Odoo and other ERP systems around the way your company already works: old data loaded, people trained, and support after go-live. We use Odoo ourselves for SOLSME.
Odoo and other ERP systems have a lot of features, but you do not need all of them. We start with what you need right now, usually sales, stock, purchasing, and basic accounting. Anything nobody uses yet can wait.
Before we configure anything, we sit with the people who do the work: sales, the warehouse, and accounting. We ask how they take an order, ship the goods, and collect payment, then set the system up around that.
The first weeks of real use are messy. Old data is untidy, and people are still learning. We stay through that period and fix what gets stuck.
