Odoo and other ERP solutions
Odoo, or another ERP, for a company still running orders, stock, and receivables in Excel, chat apps, and a few people's memory. The aim of the first phase is simple: everyone looks at the same numbers.
- Odoo
- PostgreSQL
- Docker
How we do it
We follow one real order, from the first enquiry to the moment you are paid. We write down where a figure is typed twice, where nobody is responsible, and which reports are still built by hand. That happens before anything is installed.
Odoo only turns on what you need now, usually sales, stock, purchasing, and basic accounting. Anything nobody uses yet can wait.
People are trained on the work they already do each day. After go-live we stay, and we fix what gets stuck once real data starts coming in.
What changes
- Orders, stock, and receivables agree with each other
- A new hire can follow the process in the system
- The weekly report comes straight from the system
Three steps
- 01
Discovery
Follow one real order through each department. Note what is typed twice, and what nobody is responsible for.
- 02
Set up
Turn on only the features you need, load the old data, and set access for each person.
- 03
Go-live and support
Train people on the work they already do. Fix what gets stuck in the first weeks.
